Stefaan Diels has been an attorney since 2004. He practices in all aspects of human resources law and is particularly focused on the negotiation of employment and service contracts, individual and mass redundancies, restructurings, providing support for companies during social inspections and litigation.

Stefaan also publishes articles in various journals focusing on labour and social security law.

He gained experience in various law firms, such as at the international firm Taylor Wessing from 2007 to 2011 and at the international firm Altius from 2011 to 2013 where he was a member of the human resources law team.
