Overview

Michał Włodarczyk has been advising domestic and foreign entrepreneurs on the labor aspects of their business activities for more than 12 years. He advises employers on topics including hiring employees and selecting the optimal form of employment, drafting employment-related agreements and internal regulations, and termination of employment.

Michał has participated in many due diligence processes and supports entrepreneurs in M&A transactions from employment angle. He provides support in employment related matters within restructuring projects, including TUPE transfers, collective redundancies and voluntary departure programs. In addition, Michał advises on personal data protection in employment, posting of workers, hiring temporary workers and outsourcing of services. He also represents clients in employment litigations.

Michał is the author of numerous press publications and conducts trainings and workshops in the field of employment law.
