Marcin Sanetra

Marcin Sanetra has more than ten years of experience providing support to major international employers in the area of HR law, and is a dual-qualified attorney, admitted to practice both in Poland (as an attorney-at-law) and in the United States.

Marcin supports the firm’s key clients and uses his transatlantic experience and qualifications to serve as a familiar point of contact for U.S. companies and capital groups. He also provides and coordinates HR law support to businesses in Poland and across Central-Eastern region of Europe. Marcin fosters international collaboration among attorneys in Littler offices across the U.S. and around the world.

Marcin returned to his practice in Poland in 2021 after spending two years in the U.S., where he completed, with honors, the LL.M. program at New York University, and subsequently worked there as a part of a research project at NYU’s Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement.
