Overview

Vanessa M. Garza represents and assists employers with a variety of labor and employment issues. Vanessa has experience representing clients in administrative and litigation disputes, including litigation related to wage and hour, restrictive covenants, harassment and discrimination claims under various federal and state laws, and leave and accommodations issues.

Additionally, Vanessa advises clients regarding compliance with employment laws and employment-related diligence regarding hiring, handbooks and other policies, restrictive covenants, and terminations.

Prior to joining Littler, Vanessa was a labor and employment associate in the Houston office of a large international law firm.

During law school, Vanessa interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Texas, and served as a senior articles editor for the Houston Law Review.
