Supreme Court Permits Background Checks of NASA Government Contractors

Earlier this week, the United States Supreme Court in NASA v. Nelson (pdf) upheld the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s (NASA) right to conduct reasonable background checks on the employees of government contractors.
