Littler’s John S. Hong Elected Regional Governor and Board Member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (August 19, 2014) – John S. Hong, an attorney in the San Francisco office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, has been elected Regional Governor and member of the Board of Directors of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA). John will serve a two-year term.

At Littler, John represents clients on a wide variety of matters in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour, harassment and discrimination claims, human resource decisions and class action litigation. John represents employers before state and federal courts, as well as administrative courts, including the California Labor Commissioner, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the Department of Labor and the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.

Active in the legal community, Hong is currently president (2014-2015) of the Korean American Bar Association of Northern California. John also serves as a member of the Labor and Employment Law Advisory Board for the University of San Francisco School of Law. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.A. from Davidson College.
