As law becomes more complex and more specific, the issue of compliance becomes more critical. However, compliance concerns don't always co-exist well with business practicalities. This breakfast briefing will focus on this crucial conflict of interests. We will discuss in particular the difficulty of matching compliance requirements with business need in the areas of leave administration, implementation of the ADA, wage and hour practices and immigration, using scenarios, examples and issues to consider.
