Overview

Walter C. Pfeffer litigates and advises on matters involving trade secrets, confidential information, and restrictive covenants. He has extensive experience litigating trade secret misappropriation actions, creating and implementing forensic protocol agreements in lieu of litigation, and negotiating out-of-court resolutions to thorny issues involving confidential information.

Walt also counsels companies on how to protect their intellectual property and confidential information through contracts and policies, as well as how to navigate California’s restrictions on noncompetition and nonsolicitation agreements.
