Overview

Tiffany din Fagel Tse represents and counsels employers facing a wide variety of labor and employment law issues, including violations of restrictive covenants, and claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination. Her employment practice involves a wide variety of matters in all aspects of the litigation process, including the representation of employers in actions before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Departments of Labor, and Offices of Human Rights.

Tiffany has substantial experience in counseling management and human resource professionals, including regularly advising employers on best practices to avoid potential litigation. In this regard, she has extensive experience advising employers and defending litigation involving issues such as:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights of 1964 and state fair employment practice acts
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • Whistleblower and retaliation
  • Business torts, including defamation, breach of contract, and other business competition and solicitation issues

She also manages internal investigations on behalf of private and governmental entities, drafts and negotiates employment and severance agreements, and assists employers in updating their employment handbooks and policies to comply with federal and state laws.

Before joining Littler, Tiffany practiced at a large multipractice firm where she focused her practice on employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
