She focuses the majority of her practice on traditional labor matters including handling unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance proceedings, mediations, and full-cycle arbitrations. Natasha has successfully prevailed on numerous arbitrations involving discipline and breach of contract grievances filed pursuant to the Railway Labor Act.

Before joining Littler, Natasha handled traditional labor matters for the third largest airline in the world.
