Bren K. Thomas has extensive litigation experience that includes conducting numerous jury trials involving complex commercial issues and matters related to:
- Title VII
- The Americans with Disabilities Act
- The Age Discrimination in Employment Act
- The Family and Medical Leave Act
- Related state claims
He has litigated before numerous administrative bodies, such as the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission, the National Transportation Safety Board, and the Federal Communications Commission. Additionally, Bren has spoken at many seminars, meetings and continuing education courses on litigation and insurance issues.
Prior to entering law school, Bren worked in management with two national retail chains.
