Brandie N. Charles is an experienced trial attorney who practices in all areas of labor and employment law, including:
- Wrongful discharge matters
- Discrimination and harassment litigation
- Labor arbitration
She works with both public and private employers, including school districts and universities, and has drafted, developed, and implemented an alternative dispute resolution policy for a subsidiary of a major public university system.
Additionally, Brandie has given presentations for clients on alternative dispute resolution and sexual harassment training.
In law school, Brandie was a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program, in which she won best respondent brief and was a quarter-finalist in the oral argument. She served on the board of the National Moot Court Honors Team as an editor.
