Overview

Atticus Lee represents clients in employment law matters arising under state and federal law.  Her practice includes a particular emphasis on complex wage and hour class actions and California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) representative lawsuits, including against claims for worker misclassification and California Labor Code violations, as well as single-plaintiff issues like discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

Before narrowing her scope of focus to California-specific employment litigation, Atticus served as a trial attorney at the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, and clerked for the Honorable Vanessa D. Gilmore, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Texas. Prior to joining Littler, Atticus gained litigation and advice and counsel experience by working with a wide range of individuals, small businesses, and multinational companies regarding all aspects of state, federal, and international employment law at various national employment and full-service firms.
