Overview

Alexandra Carthew represents employers in EEOC actions alleging harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She has counseled clients through reduction-in-workforce events, and has secured successful settlements for her clients in contract disputes and noncompete clause litigation. Alexandra has also advised higher education institutions on compliance with a broad range of federal statutes, including Title IX, and has served as a neutral advisor in Title IX investigations and adjudications for a variety of colleges and universities. Alexandra has experience working with a variety of clients in both the healthcare and financial service sectors, as well. 

Prior to joining Littler, Alexandra clerked for both the North Dakota Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota. She worked at two AmLaw 200 firms, where she gained extensive experience in business litigation and employment law. In law school, Alexandra served as the editor-in-chief of the North Dakota Law Review.
