Overview

Ueli Sommer is the founder of LEL Lawyers, Ltd. in Switzerland. He has many years of experience in all aspects of employment law. Ueli focuses on compensation matters, including equity based incentives. He also advises international companies on their employment setup (including immigration) in Switzerland. In addition, Ueli has substantial experience in labour litigation, restructurings and negotiations with labour unions.

He formerly worked as head of the employment practice of Walder Wyss AG and served as a district court clerk. Ueli also worked as a foreign associate for Allens Arthur Robinson in Sydney.
