Overview

Taylor M. May counsels and represents employers before state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies and in arbitrations. She has experience in a broad range of employment law matters, including biometric privacy class actions, discrimination and harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour.

Prior to joining Littler, Taylor worked for a global labor and employment law firm.

During law school, Taylor was on the National Moot Court Team and was selected as a member of the Order of the Barristers.
