Overview

Leah Elizabeth Peterson (Leah Whitehead) advises and represents clients in a broad range of labor and employment law matters.

During law school, Leah served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Josephine Staton in the Central District of California and was a UCLA Jones Day 1L Moot Court Competition Finalist. Before law school, she was a graduate fellow AmeriCorps member of the JusticeCorps program in the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she provided direct assistance to pro se litigants and assisted them in completing family law forms. Leah conducted workshops for litigants on the divorce and paternity process, from petition to judgment, and analyzed and reviewed family law case files to determine necessary steps for case completion.
