Laura I. Bernstein represents and counsels employers in traditional labor matters including unfair labor practice charges, arbitrations, National Labor Relations Board petitions and elections. She also advises and represents employers in employment matters such as discrimination and harassment claims, and provides guidance on handbooks and policies.
