Overview

Kaa Bao Ju’s practice covers a wide array of legal matters in state and federal court, as well as arbitration disputes. She also handles matters before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and California Department of Industrial Relations.

Kaa Bao is experienced in handling matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, unlawful termination, breach of contract, and wage and hour disputes, wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions. She also provides advice and counsel on workplace practices and policies. Kaa Bao has represented some of the nation's largest companies, has significant experience successfully litigating various types of claims, and has successfully defended a multi-million dollar claim at trial.
