Overview

Fabienne Raepsaet (Liège, 1974) practices individual and collective employment law and assists clients with employment contracts, false self-employment, termination of the employment relationship, restructuring, employee representatives, collective disputes, discrimination and harassment at work. Fabienne is also a renowned for her knowledge of privacy and data protection issues (GDPR), civil service law and whistleblowing.

As author of a number of publications in these areas, Fabienne is also regularly invited as a speaker at seminars.

Fabienne worked for other Belgium law firms before joining Reliance | Littler as a Partner.

After obtaining her law degree from the ULg (1999), Fabienne obtained an additional diploma in social law from the ULg with part of the program at the KUL (2000) and a Master's degree in European Integration and Development from the VUB (2005). Fabienne has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2000.

In 2018, she obtained the Data Privacy Officer (DPO) certificate from the Data Protection Institute. She also obtained in 2023 a certificate in mediation from PMR-Europe.
