Desirae Demore

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Charges™ team, Desirae Demore is responsible for handling charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focusing on handling administrative agency charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, she defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information.

Desirae previously worked for a law firm that focused on labor and employment law. Her practice included defending charges at both the federal and state agency level, and representing employers with workplace law matters in all stages of litigation. She also provided preventative advice and counsel. Prior to that, she worked for a mid-sized law firm in Kansas City. Desirae’s practice included general civil litigation, including representing employers with workplace law matters.
