Daniel Jaime Kellerhoff advises employers in labor and employment law matters and litigates on behalf of management before Venezuelan courts and administrative bodies. He focuses his practice on:

  • Compensation policies and risks for executives and workers
  • Employer formal duties

Daniel conducts client training on employment law topics and frequently speaks at labor law conferences. Before joining Littler, Daniel was a junior associate in several local law firms.
