Overview

Daniel J. Rodriguez counsels and represents management clients in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters. He has assisted clients in defending single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims through mediation and trial preparation, including the preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions. Daniel has also assisted a client in handling a PAGA class action, as well as working with eDiscovery to craft litigation holds to protect clients.

During law school, Daniel served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Major Crimes Division, and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He also was a judicial extern for the Hon. Consuelo B. Marshall of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. As a part-time law clerk at a boutique labor and employment law firm, he assisted the attorneys in research and all areas of litigation. Daniel was a staff member of the Criminal Justice Law Review, as well as being a member of the Latinx Law Student Association. While a student at the University of Iowa, he interned with Representative Dave Loebsack on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
