Overview

Daniel J. Rodriguez counsels and represents management clients in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters under both federal and state law. In the traditional labor space, he has assisted clients with NLRB litigation, labor arbitrations, and collective bargaining. He has also assisted clients in defending single plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims through trial, including the preparation of dispositive motions and successful motions for summary judgment. Daniel also helps clients with complex wage and hour class actions. 

During law school, Daniel served as a law clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Major Crimes Division, and the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. He also was a judicial extern for the Hon. Consuelo B. Marshall of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Daniel was a staff member of the Criminal Justice Law Review, as well as a member of the Latinx Law Student Association. While a student at the University of Iowa, he interned with Representative Dave Loebsack on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.
