Overview

As a member of the Littler CaseSmart – Charges™ team and based in Georgia, Adian Miller is responsible for handling charges from investigation to conclusion. She works on client-dedicated service teams, focusing on handling administrative agency charges. She investigates charge allegations, reviews pertinent documents, interviews key witnesses, and provides clients an assessment of the risks associated with the charge. In partnership with the client, she defends the charge by drafting persuasive position statements and responses to the agency’s requests for information.

Adian focuses on providing a nuanced and realistic legal perspective to her clients, enabling them to understand all of their choices.

Prior to joining Littler, Adian gained significant experience litigating employment cases in federal and state court, including cases of discrimination, harassment, overtime, equal pay, disability accommodations, and family medical leave. Previously, she defended ERISA claims on behalf of a national insurer while working in Chicago. She practiced in Washington, D.C. after law school, gaining experience in traditional labor and federal employee law matters.

During law school, Adian was a senior articles editor on the Journal for Gender and Social Policy, as well as a member of the Community and Economic Development Clinic and Moot Court.
