Overview

Bridget C. Devlin counsels and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under state and federal law. Bridget’s litigation practice focuses on employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 1981, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and their state counterparts. Bridget is also experienced in helping employers navigate through a variety of labor relations issues, including union organizing drives, NLRB elections, and unfair labor practice charges. 

Prior to joining Littler, Bridget gained valuable litigation experience at a Philadelphia products liability defense firm. She also served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Nan S. Famular, P.J. Ch., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division.

During law school, Bridget was chair for the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocacy Competition and also served as managing notes editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy.
