Overview

Alan Sims advises and represents employers in all matters of labor and employment law.

During law school, Alan was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review, vice chair of the Moot Court Board, and co chair of the Honor Board. He also served as a legal extern to the Legal Unit of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and was a summer associate in Littler’s Los Angeles office.

Prior to law school, Alan worked at a Los Angeles-based nonprofit organization advocating on behalf of children in foster care.
