Countless studies have explored the differences between men and women in advocating for themselves and others. Two dynamic business leaders will discuss how understanding the role gender plays in communication and behavior can create meaningful differences for women in the workplace, including:

  • Does gender play a material difference in advocating for yourself? In advocating for others?
  • Do stereotypical gender differences help or hurt successful negotiations?
  • Can the “glass ceiling” be broken with more effective negotiation and advocacy?
