Overview

Tucker Crain focuses his practice on labor and employment law issues.

Prior to joining Littler, Tucker defended architectural firms and engineers in professional liability cases across a wide variety of settings. Tucker also helped defend a municipality in a complex immunity case and worked closely with a number of insurance companies.

In law school, Tucker served as a judicial extern to the Hon. L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Tucker also clerked for a local firm practicing employment law. Additionally, he volunteered with the Georgia Innocence Project to help investigate and litigate claims of wrongful conviction and actual innocence in Georgia and Alabama prisons. Tucker was a senior editor on the Alabama Law Review, a member of the University of Alabama Moot Court Board, and competed on the national stage as a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team. He served as a research assistant to Professor Heather Elliott at the University of Alabama School of Law, helping edit her treatise on water law.
