Overview

Taylor R. McKenney focuses her practice on employment counseling and litigation. She represents clients in traditional suits and agency charges under both federal and state laws, advising them on a wide range of employment matters. Taylor is an experienced litigator who has successfully defended companies across various industries such as healthcare, medical device, hospitality, transportation, and chemical manufacturing.

Prior to joining Littler, Taylor worked at an AmLaw 200 firm and litigation boutique, where she gained extensive experience in commercial litigation.

During law school, Taylor was a Family Law Clinic Director and Civil Rights Moot Court Director.
