Overview

Ignacio González Fernández is an employment lawyer experienced in counseling on and dealing with senior executive and boardroom disputes, terms and conditions of employment, discrimination and harassment, termination of contracts and dismissals, the enforcement of post-termination obligations, transfer of undertakings on acquisition and disposal of businesses, restructuring projects and redundancies.

He has nearly 15 years of experience in advising clients on employment issues with a business-oriented approach and is noted for finding solutions to complex issues. Ignacio often advises multinational companies in the distribution, tourism and energy fields. He has published several articles on labor matters in the human resources magazine Observatorio.
