Overview

Emily Julia Atherton focuses her practice on a variety of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims. Emily handles cases involving individual claims, as well as class action litigation and PAGA claims. She has extensive experience in both state and federal court.

Prior to joining Littler, Emily's wide-ranging practice included toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, business litigation, and employment litigation.

In law school, Emily served as student articles editor for the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Journal.
