Overview

As a brief writer for Littler CaseSmart – Litigation™, Elizabeth Bowersox formulates and executes briefing strategy for cases. She evaluates and selects legal authority that supports the facts and circumstances of each case and prepares substantive briefs and motions, including complex dispositive motions, discovery motions and briefing concerning discovery and other strategic issues. Elizabeth is based in Oklahoma.

Prior to joining Littler, Elizabeth was in private practice with a civil litigation firm as an associate and then shareholder. She represented employers in all aspects of employment law, including employment discrimination litigation, wage and hour class actions, and government investigations. She also drafted winning appellate and trial court briefs in state and federal court.
