This practical discussion with Littler OFCCP attorneys will cover the OFCCP’s Veteran and Disability regulations and offer helpful suggestions for implementing some of the more challenging provisions. We will touch upon some of the recent Executive Orders affecting government contractors and subcontractors, including the Executive Order that would prohibit federal agencies from doing business with companies that have been found to have violated a litany of federal labor and employment laws. Finally, we will discuss the OFCCP’s August 8 proposed regulation on the new data compensation collection tool.
