This webinar focuses on helping service agents who serve clients with multi-state operations design drug and alcohol testing policies that achieve multi-state compliance. Participants will learn several compliance strategies and a basic understanding of how to navigate the employment law requirements needed to develop and implement policies that apply regionally, and even nationally. During this webinar you will:
- Identify policy structure conducive to legal compliance in multiple states
- Survey of states with mandatory requirements
- Survey of states with voluntary statutes, compliance of which bestow benefits
