Biography

Mr. Harvey advises and represents employers in labor and employment matters arising under federal and state law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and collective bargaining. Prior to joining Littler, he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jeremy Fogel, Judge for the United States District Court, Northern District of California. Mr. Harvey also worked in the human resources and student affairs departments of a private university.
