Biography
Mr. Roskelley’s practice covers all aspects of employee compensation including minimum wage, overtime, prevailing wage obligations and employee incentive plans and policies. His practice is nationwide and focuses on class action and collective action defense on behalf of employers. He also regularly represents employers in compensation disputes with the United States Department of Labor, the Nevada Office of the Labor Commissioner, the Utah Labor Commission and the enforcement agencies of other states.
Mr. Roskelley also advises and represents clients in employee benefits, ERISA and Taft-Hartley litigation, occupational safety and health and wrongful termination and discrimination.
