Overview

Ryan Sterling focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters. 

Prior to joining Littler, Ryan handled civil litigation matters, including labor and employment, construction defect, product liability, and common law negligence matters in both federal and state court while employed at a midwest firm. Previously, as a deputy attorney general in the Government Litigation Section in the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, he provided litigation work concerning labor and employment, breach of contract, common law negligence, judicial review, and constitutional challenges in both federal and state court. After graduating from law school, Ryan worked as a staff attorney for the Indiana Department of Child Services – Marion County handling litigation, child in need of services, termination of parental rights, as well as adoption matters.
