Overview

Henry Aho is an experienced litigator who represents employers in connection with both labor and employment issues in both federal and state courts and before administrative agencies. He represents employers in a wide range of matters including unfair competition and trade secrets, wage and hour compliance, and against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge.

He also counsels employers in order to avoid costly and time consuming litigation on personnel policies, employment agreements, and other labor and employment matters.

Prior to joining Littler, he worked as a litigator at a regional boutique law firm.
