Michelle Ann Clark has extensive experience representing companies, in particular emerging technology companies, in all types of litigation disputes including trade secret, contract, patent, unfair competition, inventorship, and other commercial disputes. Michelle has tried cases in tribunals across the country including before U.S. District Courts in California and Texas, California State Court, and the U.S. International Trade Commission.
