Littler Attorneys Selected for Diversity Leadership Programs

(March 23, 2021) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is pleased to announce that several of its attorneys have been selected for the 2021 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs and the National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy.

“We are a long-time supporter of the LCLD and the NELC Academy and are proud to have our attorneys participate in these important and enriching programs,” said Littler’s Managing Director Erin Webber. “These organizations share our deep commitment to inclusion, equity and diversity, and these programs align with our goal to provide intentional and meaningful professional development opportunities for our diverse attorneys.”

LCLD Fellows and Pathfinders:

Shareholder Alyesha Dotson (Seattle) was chosen to serve in the 2021 LCLD fellows class, while associates Jason Byrd (Orlando), Kelsey Stegall (Las Vegas) and Cassidy Veal (Los Angeles) were selected as the 2021 LCLD pathfinders. Founded in 2009, the LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a truly diverse legal profession. The LCLD Fellows Program, which has trained more than 1,600 midcareer attorneys since 2011, is one of organization’s most important initiatives. Launched in 2015, the LCLD Pathfinder Program offers participants intensive in-person training, online experiential learning and opportunities to network with peers and esteemed LCLD fellows in small group gatherings.

NELC Academy:

Associates Adriana Foreman (New York), Daniel Kim (Chicago) and Jin To (Chicago) have been chosen to serve as academy fellows for the NELC. This will be To’s second year as an academy fellow. The NELC Academy fellows program provides advanced skills training, mentor relationships and exposure to a national network of experienced and diverse labor and employment attorneys.

In addition to supporting the LCLD and the NELC and their missions, the firm is involved in a number of national and local diversity organizations. Internally, Littler’s programs and initiatives that support the advancement of diverse attorneys, include its Breaking Through initiative, the award-winning Career Advocacy Program, Investment for Success, and its various affinity groups and Women’s Leadership Initiative, among others.
