Overview

Daniel Kim represents employers in employment law matters in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies, labor law matters before the National Labor Relations Board, and counsels employers on day-to-day workplace issues.

Daniel’s experience working in his parents’ small chain of Chicagoland restaurants gives him unique insights into the realities of running a small business and the challenges that come with managing people. Daniel offers clients practical advice on navigating local, state, and federal workplace laws to effectively run their businesses.

Prior to joining Littler, Daniel served in the United States Marine Corps where he led Marines and Sailors at the platoon and company level. During law school, he was the executive online editor for Notre Dame’s Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy

Previously, Daniel served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. John Robert Blakey of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
