Jin To represents employers in employment matters in federal and state courts, and advises clients on day-to-day workplace issues, including:
- Policies, procedures, and handbooks provisions
- Misclassification and various wage and hour claims under the state and federal law
- Termination issues under the state and federal discrimination laws
During law school, Jin was the submissions editor of the Journal of International and Comparative Law. She was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and worked as the legal intern for a multinational telecommunications company.
