Overview

Dylan C. Harriger advises and represents employers in a variety of traditional labor law matters, including:

  • Collective bargaining negotiations
  • Contract administration
  • Responding to unfair labor practice charges
  • Labor arbitrations
  • Union organizing

Dylan leads and develops training sessions to help clients (and their HR staff, front line managers and supervisors) avoid contract disputes, minimize legal liability, mitigate risk, and improve employee relations.

Prior to joining Littler, Dylan was an associate attorney at a mid-size and a boutique law firm, both in Connecticut. He has prior experience working on employment and labor law matters, including wrongful termination, Title VII, noncompete agreements, employee handbook/employer policies, arbitration agreements, labor grievances, and CHRO proceedings.

While in law school, Dylan worked for multiple, nationally known law firms located in Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He also worked under leading sports law scholar, Professor Michael McCann, as his research assistant. In addition, Dylan served as editor-in-chief to the UNH Sports Law Review, coached the trademarks moot court team, was elected class governor for the Student Bar Association, and was president of the UNH Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

Prior to law school, Dylan served as a graduate teaching and research assistant at Texas A&M University while earning his master’s degree. During his undergraduate studies, Dylan was a member of the NCAA Division I Houston Christian University football team.

Dylan obtained mediation certification at Resolution Resource Group, which he later utilized to train real estate agents in both mediation and arbitration proceedings.
