Tara McAndrew maintains a nationwide practice representing employers in complex litigation matters. She has experience with every stage of litigation, including initial case analysis, dispositive motion drafting, all stages of discovery, and oral argument. On the compliance side, Tara facilitates internal investigations and advises employers in various facets of employee benefit matters, including ERISA and benefits planning, as well as fiduciary responsibilities. She also advises employers on compliance with labor and employment policies at the federal, state, and local levels.
