Overview

Stephanie L. Mills-Gallan advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. She has experience counseling clients on multiple employment law areas including:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • The Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA)
  • The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
  • The Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA)

  • The Illinois Wage Payment and Collection Act
  • The Illinois Minimum Wage Law
  • Federal, state and local paid sick leave laws
  • Employee handbooks, policies and procedures

Prior to joining Littler, Stephanie worked as an associate at a national firm where she represented a number of businesses, hospitals, and healthcare corporations involved in complex litigation, including areas of employment law, contract disputes, and products liability. Her experience extends from pre-litigation counseling through trial.
