Luc-Alexandre LeBlanc

Luc-Alexandre LeBlanc represents clients on various labor and employment aspects, including individual and collective termination disputes, grievance arbitration, senior managerial personnel contracts, unfair labor practice charges, misclassification of employees, unfair competition, and civil litigation on restrictive covenants. 

Prior to joining Littler, Luc-Alexandre worked as an associate at a firm in Sept-Îles and Montréal where he handled various labor and employment matters and represented employers before numerous courts and administrative tribunals in sectors including construction, transport, and public.

Luc-Alexandre’s practice initially focused on civil and commercial litigation before eventually shifting solely to labor and employment matters. This upbringing fuels his business-focused approach and allows him to not only understand clients’ operations but to address delicate situations in work environments, and to advise clients in a practical, full-circle and strategic way.
