Erika Berríos advises and represents employers in a broad range of employment and labor matters before local and federal courts. She handles all aspects of litigation and has experience handling complex litigation matters.

During law school, Erika gained experience in litigating employment cases with the legal aid clinic. She served as law clerk for the Central Panel of Investigations of the Supreme Court for the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. She was a member of the student body council, collaborated on the law review, and served as a teaching assistant.
