In her current role, Emily Bodger ensures that the firm and clients stay up to date on legal developments, as well as reviewing, revising and contributing to the firm’s bank of precedents and knowledge resources.
Before joining the firm in January 2026, Emily spent more than six years at an international UK law firm where she trained and qualified into the employment team. She has advised clients on a wide range of contentious, advisory and transactional employment matters, including employment tribunal litigation, employment aspects of corporate and commercial property transactions, TUPE transfers, workforce restructurings, workplace policy and compliance, investigations and contract issues. Emily also completed a nine month secondment to a nondepartmental public arms-length body in the rail sector.
