Overview

Alberto Tabales-Maldonado represents and advises clients on various aspects of labor and employment law. He defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and other employment-related issues in state court and administrative agencies.

While in law school, Alberto worked as a research assistant on matters of legal ethics and as an editor and associate director for the University of Puerto Rico Business Law Journal. During his third year of law school, Alberto worked at the Legal Aid Clinic, where he successfully counseled attorney clients on matters of legal ethics and gained litigation experience before the Puerto Rico Supreme Court. In 2016 and 2017 he worked as a judicial intern at Puerto Rico Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, respectively. In 2018 he worked at Schuster LLC as a law clerk.
