What is 'Ohana?

‘Ohana means “family” in Hawaiian. Within Littler, ‘Ohana serves as a forum for members to discuss work initiatives and also personal subject matters. The group hosts retreats and ongoing virtual meetings where members spend time sharing common interests and discussing issues surrounding diversity and inclusion. Members focus on significant initiatives, such as associate development, mentorship, retention programs and opportunities to leverage language skills with current and prospective clients.

Littler attorneys are involved with many diverse legal and professional organizations across the country.  Among our past and present leadership roles within the ‘Ohana group:

  • Asian American Bar Associations of Ohio and Houston
  • Asian Bar Association of Las Vegas
  • Asian Chamber of Commerce
  • Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida
  • Constitutional Rights Foundation Chicago
